the room i received had noticeable stains on the curtains and couch. additionally, the bed frame was quite noisy, disruptive. the staff did not inform me about the cleaning service, only upon request.

the hotel location was perfect. i had a beautiful balcony view of the river and the bridge directly from the bed. the smooth checkin process included a 24/7 reception, i appreciated the regular cleaning. i must thank goncalo and felipe from the hotel bar who gave recommendations.

the carpeting in the corridors needs an urgent renewal. the first impression was very bad.

The room was spacious and clean, i liked that. the view from the window really showed off the river. i also appreciated the complimentary port we received upon arrival. It was like a welcome gift. the staff were consistently helpful.
